* 1. Proof of Enrollment
A current enrollment letter or student ID card from your university or higher education institution, which must be located in Hong Kong and recognised by the HKSAR government.
* 2. Financial Documentation (One or more of the following)
● Recent bank statements
● A copy of your family’s or guardian’s financial income (e.g., pay slips, tax returns).
● Scholarship or financial aid documents.
● Any other documents that demonstrate financial need.
* 3. TSFS Proof
A copy of the official notification or a letter confirming that you are currently receiving full or partial funding from the Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS).

A copy of your most recent academic transcript, or a letter from your university confirming your academic standing.
* 5. Personal Statement
A short essay (within 300 words) explaining your current financial situation, why you need free accommodation, and how this opportunity will support your educational and personal goals.
